RAD Conversion Overview

ICHC is undergoing several changes over the next few months and will be completing a RAD conversion of Public Housing property Pleasant Valley Apartments.

Scattered sites (24 units) will be disposed of by sale per Section 18 Asset Disposition. All tenants leased at area units will be relocated and/or provided a Tenant Protection Voucher to use per approved subsidy amount with a new landlord.
