Tenant Responsibilities
By signing the lease-up certification, each tenant agrees to:
- Follow all ICHC program requirements
- Keep ICHC informed of any changes to household composition or income
- Respond to all notices and requests from ICHC promptly
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and HUD regulations
Tenants are responsible for any portion of rent and/or utilities not covered by subsidy, based on HUD program calculations.
